Yeah, I did all that hooping as a kid too......exercise was easy back in those days. Youth being wasted on the young........[/quote]

Dear Ms., (female,) lady, Weedhound.

You asked.

Is a hula hoop good exercise?

Not usually, but it depends on time and ferocity, ya?

To feel exercised without stress, I've used one of those 3' diameter mini-trampolines.

Gets yer lymphatic fluids movin' and makes ya feel mo' betta.
Prolly won't shed any pounds but Inokea, it's almost as much fun as jumping on da bed.

It's also fun to crank up the rock-n-roll and dance yer ass off.
Hoop or no hoop.

Side question.
Did they offer you Hematocrit and/or Iron supplements?

Aloha nui loa.

Anyone here tried these or the "exercise hoops" I saw for sale? Does it work or not as far good exercise? Thanks in advance for any enlightenment. :) Happy Holidays ALL! :madnoel: :madnoel::madnoel: Rating: 5
