so i have 8 days to get clean,
i know i shouldn't have been smoking after being on probation for smoking, but i love it.

so my question is what would be the best way to get "clean"

There are no magic pills or potions, so don't waste your money on 'em.

What is your size, age, metabolism and smoking history?

You can exercise now, but stop 3 days prior to the test and start taking a creatine supplement. Read the dilution sticky.

Get some home thc tests and test yourself. They suggest first morning urine, but in your case, I'm afraid that would be dirty with such few days clean. Try with some dilution about the time your test will be and see where you stand.

if your not observed u should substitute...if u are observed just dilute and pray ...they dont ALWAYS ua on probation appts....and if your lucky yer PO will give u a heads up... i know mine will always say shit to me in the previous meeting to let me know a UA will be commin up...last month she told me "make sure u stay clean this month" and sure enough i got a ua last week....anyways... GOOD LUCK ...i feel for ya...i hate probation
