    Brown Spots

alright, thank you everyone for the advice. so the consensus seems to be that the light is too close. the reason i've been putting the light so close is because there are other plants being flowered, and the further i keep the light the more those smaller plants stretch. i hate the site of it, every day i walk into the closet those plants are another inch taller, and i'm trying to deal with space limitations here. i suppose there's no point in fighting it, seems like i'm causing more damage than i'm preventing. one last question, is that amount of damage going to have any significant effect on the yield and/or quality of the bud? thanks guys.

oh right, the conversion rates. good eye weedy. they're actually both suppose to be x700, typo on the x500. so it is in fact 200 ppm @ x 700.

Yes, heat damage can cause issues including hermies, and unhappy, unhealthy, lower-yielding plants. Have you got anything reflective behind the one that are stretching towards the light? That sometimes help. You can also play musical plants every few days to keep things a bit more in check.

my god. now that everyone's been yelling out "heat!" it seems so obvious. exactly HALF the plant, the side facing the light, has curling, dried, brown leaves, and the opposite half has suffered much less. the buds still look very thick and all considered this looks like it's going to be a nice yield...but with plenty of seeds i've been fighting with light leaks for months now. light is definitely on my hit list grr. seems to be doing the impossible and bending around corners JUST when i look away. having to flower, veg, and clone in the same space has ALMOST dried up all my patience.

I didn't see them until i used a micro photo shot at 9 wks. She was mostly dead but she still smoked fairly well. CHECK CHECK and CHECK for mites at the fatest stem area of the under leaf.
