The Tiger bloom would be a better choice. It will last alot longer due to the mixing ratio and higher NPK ratio.
The Big Bloom is pure organic though and it has no Nitrogen in it.

It's recommended to use both as part of the feeding schedule, but I say try what you want.
And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat. I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so.

I like BigBloom. Its somethiing you can use the entire grow if you want. I only use it once ever other week, along with my Open Sesame, BeastieBloom, and ChaChing. If i wasnt using there Ocean Forest soil and was using junk soil, i would definitly use it more tho.

I will say ive never used Tiger tho, there 2 different things.

I use both per their schedule, with the exception of the Big bloom, which I use at half-strength. (organic soil, lockout problems at full strength)
Both are components of a three-part system. If you haven't seen their feeding schedule, I'd look it over:

    Fox Farm Feeding Schedule

A month or two ago, I wrote and asked Fox Farms if the 3-part system had any micronutes, or if I needed to get some more elsewhere. They said yes, it has all you need. (no specifics provided, tho)
I've shot Fox Farms another e-mail this morning asking if the Big Bloom is the one that contains the micronutes...waiting for the reply.

Trinity...likely if one doesn't know the product or the subject matter, one should wait for those with the experience to chime-in. It can really mess-up another's grow if they were to blindly follow bad info from someone pretending to know.
    A) Big Bloom has nitrogen.
    B) It's part of a 3-part system, designed to compliment each other throughout the grow.
    C) If you remove one component, how do you know which nutes, metals or micro's you'll need to make-up for the loss?

well that makes things crystal clear, i just assumed that they were 2 different bloom nutrients not to be used in conjunction with each other. well you know what they say about when you assume............... you end up like looking like a ass lol. so now i see big bloom is more like a middle ground between big grow and tiger bloom. thanks for the expert advice your a inspiration to newb's like me everywhere............. just don't go getting a swelled head over it lol.

    thanks again

I do have experience in using Fox Farms products including Both types of Grow Big and the rest of the 6 part system. I buy this stuff in bulk for my entire garden, vegetables, trees and flowers.
Since he was looking into bloom only nutrients and by the wording of the post it seemed to me he was looking to go cheap using only one nute. I did mention that it is part of a feeding schedule and all he had to do was google that to find out more. But you found what I was referring to online (I have a local nursery where I get mine).
If I had told him to go buy the entire system for close to $130 and run the feeding schedule (which I've found that it will overdose quite a few plants depending on the grow medium and plant strain) I would be setting him up for failure. I'm not trying to call you out, I was only trying to answer the question simply.
Big Bloom has a negligible amount of Nitrogen .3 Which I agree isn't NONE. I should have said very little.

Research is the key animalman, You'll want to tailor your feeding to the plants needs and the growing medium your using. Be sure to post a grow log so everyone can help you from the beginning all the way through.
On my first run I went by the feeding schedule without looking for any advice and not only did I run out of Big Bloom halfway through but I nute burned half of my crop due to the differences in the strains I was growing.

Best wishes on a successful harvest

Oops, I was wrong Big Bloom has .01% Nitrogen not .3%. Also read the bottle of Tiger Bloom says right on it "contains trace minerals"

OK...I finally got a reply from Fox Farms.

They told me that Big Bloom does not have enough phosphorus in it to use as a stand alone fertilizer when your plant is flowering, but Tiger bloom and Grow Big both have have the necessary micronutes.

You can use Big Bloom in combination with Tiger Bloom.

Big Bloom can be thought of as a catalyst, and it can be used the entire plants cycle, on new plants, and on plants that are not doing well.

So, I guess the Big Bloom is simply a worm casting/bat guano tea. Ya learn something new every day.
