They actually look pretty healthy even though they do look quite small. I think 30-10-10 is probably too much right now but you did want to give it some ferts. Try to find ferts that are higher in nitrogen and lower phosp. and potassium. What type of lights are you using? I dont think you would be able to flower in 3 weeks unless they grew at least another foot.

I gave them some ferts 30-10-10 at low strength about a week ago. Maybe that was too early. Any advise on how much to feed them and when to feed, please let me know!
