Actually that's not entirely true. Heat is what rises, not the actual odor. The odor itself can waft in any direction.

That said, I myself smoke pretty regularly in my g/f's apt with no real concern. We're on the top level though so it's not as bad, but still, you should always be somewhat careful when smoking.

If anything, don't smoke blunts. Stick to a pipe or one-hitter for a lot less excess smoke.

And if you're that worried about it, don't smoke there if you don't have to. That is up to you.

Its a Plant Reviewed by Its a Plant on . Question: Smoking on Apartment balcony? I've been smoking gangja on my apartment balcony, Via joint/blunt. I'm on the 2nd floor of a three level apartment. The apartment faces away from the parking lot and towards a highly driven street. Lately I've been kinda paranoid that my neighbours might come outside and smell the burning of an illegal plant. Is this risky? If so what should I do? I really dont want to smoking inside my apartment and I dont want to bring heat on my girlfriend. Thanks for your help. Rating: 5
