folks around here (santa cruzish area) say mid april... still a bit cold at night where I am. You really just want your temps at night to be ok. And if you are planting ones that have been vegging I guess you would not want it to rain anytime soon?My buddy was saying the rain rots the buds but maybe if they don't have buds yet it doesn't matter...
