Another noob question on harvesting
the hair colors should be a genetic trait. do you mean should the trichromes turn amber? then yes. you should harvest when you have ~75-80% amber trichromes.
once again, flower time is plant specific. is it gettting at least 12 hours of uninterrupted darkness?

yes its recieving 12 hours of darkness and light. ok when people say trichomes are those the flowers coming out from the sides because those have turned brown bout 3 weeks ago but i also have many white hairs that have not changed at all

Guys, he's confused what trich's are. Lets clarify it for him. The trich's are the "crystals", stickyness, glittery things or what ever you want to call them. 75-80% amber is quite high for alot of people's preference. I'd say a ratio of 60-40% which ever way you want. TRICH'S are the determining factor in harvesting NOT pistols (hairs). Some plants pistols turn brown early, late, right in time, some don't turn at all. If you can't tell how many cloudy/amber trichomes you have from just looking at it then you should get a magnifying glass or pocket microscope.
90 days into flower is not unheard of but, I'd def. check those trichomes. If you have a shit load of amber trichomes, harvest.
