If you do a selective harvest...watch for nanners. If it's an unstable strain it may give you some shit for chopping her head off.
Also, if it's a hollow-stemmed strain, careful with the wound. Best to cut it at an angle, so it won't collect water, dust, soil, bugs... I've heard of some folks using candle wax to seal the wounds, but I am lazy, and just try to be careful till they are healed. If it's a pithy stem strain, just keep the would clean and dry till healed in a couple of days.

I takes a week or two for her to recover and continue growing again. Overferting her will add more stress, but giving no nutes can delay the recovery time and slow the new growth.
