Hold your hits?

iv been holding mine in recently, due to practicing what i refer to as "scentless smoking". it helps with the whole not-getting-caught part of living in an anti-drug household. but smoking out of an apple in the shower seems to get me by, and holding in my hits ensures that very little smell escapes.

To hold your hit or not to hold your hit. That is the question. Personally, I don't usually, but I think it will get you higher, faster. If you have a small amount that your smoking, if you take a hit and hold it you'll get more out of it than if you blow it out quickly. But I also think it's less healthy to hold a hit in for a long time, so as a Rating: 5

so ive been making a conscience effort to hold my hits longer, ive noticed ive become noticeably higher. good choice, only for the vape though, the pipes still get a short shot.
