Best Calif Place to grow

I'm moving to Calif but I need to do some research into which Calif county is (relatively speaking) safest from authorities, most relaxed on rules, least limitations on # of plants, and lowest cost to buy real estate.

grow indoor, the eye in the sky will catch you if you grow outdoors.
there is nowhere safe to grow outdoors in SoCal.

also the rules are the same no matter where you live 12 immature plants or 6 mature ones and 8 oz of processed weed.

the more south you go the more i dont know what you call it snobby, sophisticated, higher class, rich and less tolerable people in general. i've lived in south oc for 32 yrs and can say 1st hand the cops and people have nothing to do out here but worry about pot and old ladies crossing the street. I'm a medical patient and have had my marijuana taken by police 3 times in 3 years just walking down the street minding my own business. They will search you and ask you to tell the truth then take your stash anyway.

Well, I don't know about that.... we're below you in SD, which is mostly Republican. Our co-ops are currently down and the smoke shops recently got hit up, but hopefully things will change with Obama. You know, change we can believe in. Anyways, I digress... the people down here are really chill, and if you play it right, the police don't even trip. /\ I Suggest you research more about your rights as both a patient and a citizen of America if you've had those kind of experiences. Sorry to hear about it.

Yea ive lived in so cal. for 8 years and not once have i been bothered by police. All depends on where you are in so cal. and where you spend your time.
