First grow in 6 yeasrs so pretty rusty. Also my first experience with a bubble bucket. The plants have been in the bucket from clones for 18 days now and still only 14 inches(tallest) down to 9 inches. 400 watt hps. Room temps are always between 75 and 82. 4 inch ventilation in and out with two oscilating fans. The ph staying between 5.5 and 6.2. The water is from a water store in town. I am using GH 3 part nutes(at .5 of recommended use for now). The initial root growth 80-90% died about 8 days ago. Roots were really slimy for a day then started to die. Possibly over watering? Possibly over nuting(initially used full recommended nute power)? Possibly algae?have been nursing them back for 9 days now. upward growth is almost completely stunted(growing like a snail). Roots are barely pushing out of the net pots still. I can not seem to get them to grow again. The water level inside of bucket hardly changes and the ppm remains close to the same. nute lockout?I had bubble tubes on at all times form the start, but have since cut them back to 30 min on followed by 90 min off. I am also getting yellow fan leaves on some which would show nitrogen deficiency, but two of the other plants in the same bucket have yellow tips with brown marks showing over nuting. I am lost. This grow has turned into a disaster. At this point just trying to salvage what i can from the grow if any, and LEARN some things for my next attempt. PLEASE HELP!! Looking to LEARN LEARN LEARN

Res temp?
Water TYPE?
You running ample minerals?
Why turn off the bubbler? Bubble buckets DON'T work without constant oxygenation.
Post pics and fill out the formal troubelshooting form. You're going to be running peroxide and doing a res flush/change within the next few hours... but we gotta get some info first.

let me re phrase that. I turned off the drippers. the air stone runs continuously. The res temp is 74. I was only running my nutes at half power. the water is from a water store. meant for drinking. too much salt maybe? switch water to what source? my tap is at around a ph of 6.5 and ppm between 500-700 depending on time of day. should i use that instead of the water store water? what should my ppm be at?

Ok.....so from here.....
How did you approach flushing your system? Be as exact as possible.
What in the world are bubbleponics? What medium are you using exactly
Photos would REALLY REALLY REALLY help.

And please explain to me.....you are using the 3 part GH? I dont use that fert myself so not sure how helpful I can be. What kind of ppms are you getting after you add ferts? And you are adjusting ph last of course, and keeping your meter calibrated? What are your overall ppms?
Stinky's q's are important too. Why not answer the questions? What kind of water is it? That one is a biggie. If it's RO, you most likely need Cal Mag. Don't just start a new thread leaving out all this info......that doesn't make any sense. We need more information...not less.

sorry. this is my first thread ever so i am new to it. as for my water, yes i t is RO. So add some cal Mag?
when i flushed the system i flushed with 5mL/gal. H2o2 and fresh ph checked water for 24 hours. when i added the nutes(3 part GH), my ppm was at 1110. i also added some dutch master Zone for the root repair. my local shop suggested it. the plants are now looking very healthy and new roots are showing. still slow upward growth however. about quarter inch a day.
my system is basically a DWC system with a dripper to each net pot and an air stone. i believe they were getting overwatered by the drippers when i began this grow. first time with this system.
i will try to get some pics up here for you to check out
