Ya Ken Kesey who wrote One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest was a big acidhead, plus Hunter S Thompson also wrote under the influence of an exotic cocktail of psychedelics

Anyway good luck with your book and like bonsai said read it sober as well, the more perspectives you can read it from the better. Also, you will probably be writing for a largely sober audience anyway. I find weed useful for writing though, I remember many an English essay done baked when I was in school, I really got a kick out of it when the teacher praised specific phrases that I had devised baked haha :stoned:

I hated writing and I utmost hated reading. Until recently however.... Ever since I have started smoking pot (1 year ago) I have been intrigued by reading books and writing.
