coldplay anybody?

I find whenever i get very blazed i always put on some coldplay very loudly :P especially Viva La Vida album and Prospekts March EP now i do listen tothere old albums but when blazed they dot seem complex enough if you no what i mean? Like when i put on life in technicolor i just fall into this orgasmic pleasure that only eating a tub of ben and jerries cookie dough can only subside. Anyone else listen to Coldplay or someone else similar when high?

I really liked the X&Y. The first one certain songs and I havent listened to the latest CD because I really dislike the song Viva la Vida
But I do find their sound very relaxing

I totally agree with hating viva la vida the song it is the worst song on the album. O ye and btw joe satriani has got absoloutly no case at all! The 2 songs are nothing alike!

There was a youtube video where they played both together and coldplays song is EXACTLY the same but with lyrics. they took it down due to the lawsuit though. Otherwise, i'd post it here.

It would be one thing if it was just the chord progression, because i mean anyone can come up with the same chord progressions, but they have the exact same melody, rhythm, and harmony. Its fucking uncanny dude.

Yea man I totally agree, I seriously doubt it was just a coincidence b/c it does sound way too similar. I too saw the video you mentioned and I agree, the chances of that happening is way too slim. Bastards probably thought they could get away with it too. GO SATCH!!
