Switch to a sativa if possible. And smoke in smaller increments. Get a one-hitter or pack a small bowl. Smoke that. If you want more after an hour, smoke another one. Dont just blaze your dome off from the break if thats what happens. Remember: a good definition of insanity is repeating the same thing over and over and expecting different results :P

Spoken Word Reviewed by Spoken Word on 12-10-2008. I dont know why... I have been a regular toker for almost two years. Here's what happens when I smoke. I feel the high coming I get really high and then it feels like I cross some barrier and I become almost completely dumb. I feel like I lose my ability to speak and my head feels very heavy and can sometimes hurt. I don't know why this always happens but I was hoping someone could explain it. Am I smoking too much?
