Most effective way to NATURALY cleanse yor body?

ok well after reading through this forum for the last week on what to do and what NOT to do to clean my system...i figured id make a thread that had the most effective NATURAL ways to clean out the system of THC...so i know niacin is a myth...i know a lot of masking agents are screened for and i know dilution isnt always a sure fire way to pass...so is there anyone out there that has a effective way of cleansing the body in a natural and quicker way than taking these fake drinks and potions sold on the net??? all suggestions are appreciated...please supply REAL results from using these methods.. dont just say "use golden seal" if u have never tried it successfully... thanks to everyone who responds...

I think the most widely suggested thing iv'e heard is natural cranberry juice. Sorry no exp with it, just what I uncovered in research a LONG time ago. Worth looking into further if it works.

thanks canna...i HAVE used the cranberry method in the past and i will say it definitely CLEANSES your body... im sure cranberry juice is a great "ingredient" to use while flushing the system... but im lookin for a all around SUPER flush... i know green tea, cranberry juice, and metamucil are great things to use but i want MORE MORE MORE MORE ....ANYTHING any tips or tricks that people have used in the past successfully to CLEAN (not dilute) the body of THC...

Best way to clean your system is to not do any drugs, might not be the fastest or funnest way but it WILL eventually work =p
