 BioCanna - Trainwreck & White Rhino (GHS) - 600W HPS - 12 Plants @ 3 USG PotsHi Guys;

I just signed up and this is my very first post. Without going into great detail of why I didn't start posting this inforation on this forum sooner, let's enjoy the show from now on.... Now, I grew a couple of times many years ago and as it turns out, I am starting to make all the newbie skrew ups all over again. In other words - I could really, really used some assistance. Now, I grew a couple of times many years ago and as it turns out, I am starting to make all the newbie skrew ups all over again. In other words - I could really, really used some assistance.

The project started a few weeks ago with a good friend haven given me 4 White Rhino and 8 Trainwreck seeds from GHS. :rastasmoke: This grow is being done on soil, more specifically the Canna Terra Professional Plus, which has like 50% Cocos in it. Nutes- wise I am relying on the complete Canna Bio Line, including Bio Rhizotonic, Bio Vega, Bio Flores & Bio Booster. I also have a bottle of Biobizz Alg-A-Mic and the usual PH- stuff here. :hippy:

Equipment I have available for this grow:

 - Grow- Tent with approx. 10 square feet
 - 600W HPS Osram Plantastar on Digital Ballast and Adjust-A-Wing Reflector (+Light Spreader)
 - Dehumidifier, working outside of the box, keeping humidity at 60%
 - 360cbm extractor fan and carbon filter (I'll post the conversion to cfm later.... ) )
 - PH Meter

 History - Plant- Development:

 10/27/08 - 10/29/08 - Plants broke through the soil...

11/17/08 - Plants were re- potted into final 3 USG pots:
-> I used 1/2 strength nute solution to wet the soil when the plants were re-potted and was seeing rather strong signs of over- fertilization. Problems included weird spots on leaves, lower leaves turning strong yellow and dying off.

11/22/08 - The tallest two plants (Both Trainwrecks) were topped to try and equalize the height a little.

11/24/08 - Plants were watered with about 1/4 USG each. Water contained no nutes, but Rhizotonic at full strength. PH was adjusted to 6.5.

11/29/08 - Plants were watered with about 1/2 USG each. Water contained no nutes, but Rhizotonic at full strength. PH was adjusted to 6.5.

12/05/08 - Plants were watered with about 1/2 USG each. Water contained no nutes, but Rhizotonic at full strength. PH was adjusted to 6.5.

12/07/08 - I think I can start to see the first pre- flowers. I will look into this more in depth tomorrow, take and post some macro shots. I will look into this more in depth tomorrow, take and post some macro shots.

 Problems and worries: :wtf:

 - Ever since the plants were transplanted I have droopy leaves 4-5 hours before the light goes off. This mainly (only) effects the top 2-3 sets of leaves. The conditions seems to have improved since I started watering with more water.

 - Another problem that I observed is really having me totally confused. I can flood a pot and water it with a whole gallon and have a 1/4 runoff or so. However, when I stick my finger in the drainage holes on the side of the pot the soil will still be bone dry. Has anyone ever observed this and/or can you give me a hint of how to fix this? Can this damage the root system and maybe cause the droopy leaves?

 - Overall, I am not really satisified with the heigth of my plants. The smalles White Rhino is just a little under 10" - This is 40/42 days after the seed broke through the soil. The average plant is probably around 13" and I would really like to start flowering these, soon.

Overall, I am really not satisfied with the way things are going and I hope that with your help I can greatly improve, turn the situation around and have a nice harvest and stone...

So, this should wrap up all the prelimenary information. As always, pictures speak a thousand words. I've tried to take detailed shots of each plant - Any and all input/help is very much appreciated!

 Trainwreck 1 - Plant is 14.6" tall (37cm)
(Plant most prone to droopy upper leaves)

 Trainwreck 2 - Plant is 11.4" tall (29cm)

 Trainwreck 3 - Plant is ???

 Trainwreck 4 - Plant is 11.0" tall (28cm)

 Trainwreck 5 - Plant is 13.4" tall (34cm)

 Trainwreck 6 - Plant is 13.8 tall (35cm)

 Trainwreck 7 - Plant is 11.8" tall (30cm)

 Trainwreck 8 - Plant is 10.6" tall (27cm)

 White Rhino 1 - Plant is 10.0" tall (25cm)

 White Rhino 2 - Plant is 12.2" tall (31cm)
(The burned spots on the new growth was me having skrewed up and having used the wrong spray bottle.....)

 White Rhino 3 - Plant is 9.5" tall (24cm)

 White Rhino 4 - Plant is 12.6" tall (36cm)
(The burned spots on the new growth was me having skrewed up and having used the wrong spray bottle.....)

As mentioned above - I am pretty much lost with this grow, at this point. I am not sure if the droopy leaves are a problem, or when to start feeding them nutritiens again. Also, shouldn't they be a bit taller? When would you consider flowering them?

So, please let me know what you think. Any and all comments are greatly appreciated!

 Thanks!
