Help a newbie lol
Ok this is my first grow and im pretty new to this, I live in australia so buying seeds is sorta out of the question, i got some seeds from my friends father and have used them. I planted them a little while ago and i live away from where they are planted but my friend told me that they sprouted in 2 days, i dont know if he was lying or not but ias this good/bad because idc. I came back to the house and found like 25 out of 100 left (supposedly a heavy downpour of rain that weekend killed most of them. Anyways about 20 of them are looking healthy and 5 are either no leaves and just stem or leaves with yellow edges. I have them outside all day and water them twice a day. They range from 1 and a half inches to 2 inches. Just wondering if i am able to leave them outside without having to worry too much about them aslong as I water them. Any advice would be appreciated thanx.

dont water them so much. after you water, wait for the soil to get pretty dry before you water again. some of the yellow leaves could have been caused by this.

Yeah that's too much water. I give my plants a good soak every 2-3 days...
You should too.

Thanx for replies guys, ive been away for a couple of days but I think that may be the problem, My mum has allowed me to make a grow closet thingy for JUST the seedlings, meaning when they get bigger I have to put them outside, is there any downside to this? will they die if moved outside?. I basically have my closet surrounded in alluminium foil and the plants at the bottom with a light about 1 meter above them, the reason being it gets pretty hot and im not sure ive got the right kind of light so i didnt want to burn them, oh ive also got a fan that blows through the grated door bit for ventilation, when i go back to my mums house in a couple weeks i will take pictures (if she has cared for them and not let them die).

what kind of light do you have? itf it's not a very powerful light, then it should be closer to the plants.
