would growing them under trees still give them enough light? imean "weeds" grow under trees all the time.

also.. im still having trouble with my dying child ... would the indoor 16/8 to outdoor (whatever time frame it is right now) shock my plants and turn them hermie?? or even worse, make them susseptable to disease since they been pretty much living a luxury for over a month?

Goodonya!
It's not just a legal issue, it's a TRUST issue.

Now, we'll help ya.

Moving from just 2 CFLs, to full tropical sun will probably kill them.
Under trees will actually work better.
You might want to bug spray the area before you put them out to knock down the spidermite population in advance.

They will need some help with bugs.
At least until they can defend themselves.

This time of year, they will probably begin flowering and will stretch to double their present height or more.
Wanna keep that in mind for visibility.
And, you still have the odor problem to deal with.
Folks gonna follow dere nose, ya know.

A guy here onna beeg island leaves a dead pig downwind of his grow to discourage sniffing.:wtf:
He t'inks evabody dumb, ya?

Good luck with the grow,
