we became friends in spite of our different views on polotics religion ect,

Yeah...lol...we've had a few go-arounds..huh ? lol In the end,it all boils down to the fact--that we are all entitled to our opinions and beliefs,and we don't have to be enemies..just because we differ in opinions and beliefs..but we can dang sure talk up a storm..trying to git it all sorted out...lol.

My girlfriend,doesn't believe that Jesus has come down to Earth yet..but I've been with her,for over 9 years..you'd think,that I wouldn't have anything to do with her,but it wasn't her beliefs that I fell in love with,it was her. I've never tried to change her beliefs,no matter how frustrating it may be,and it's not really frustrating,because I accepted her a long time ago..and have been and am,at peace with it.

When Libertarian Toker first came to visit me,he was worried that I didn't allow any cussing in the house..lol,I told him-don't you dare feel uncomfortable ! I told him that he could cuss all he wants,but I'd prefer it-if he wouldn't take the Lord's Name in vain..lol. Libertarian Toker,is an aetheist..but it didn't stop us from being friends,gittin stoned and eating some dang good catfish.

Torog - Okay so maybe I was a too offensive and confrontational at the start of this thread, and I apologize. It just really wrecks my head to say so much (of what I believe to be) hatred. Maybe you dont actually hate homosexuals or muslims, but thats what it comes across as, and to people like me it's depressing.
