the best water you can is just plain tap water, thats if your using it for a regular nute and water regimen. tap water has lots of benificial stuff such as calcium and magnesium. your plants need that. to get chlor outta your water just run an air stone through it about a days worth. and ro water is just mainly to clone or seed starting. ro water needs calmag to be usable

correct, good answer  ... I have a great natural spring nearby, and that's a great way to go, IF the pH is OK, etc ... if you find a natural source, like a spring, etc., check pH etc. frequently, as it can change day by day ... :smokin:

thats the problem, my tap water has too much shit it in... and possibly chloramine. which needs to run over a a charcol filter to be removed, on top of that im using organic medium, happy frog soil. so chloramine and organics may not go well, and who knows about taste and harshness with final product... the seedling and cloning only statement for R/O i know is wrong, because u can add 1 teaspoon of calmag to RO and now its PERFECT water(which is why im considering an RO system). but i already have the supplies for a tank with tap water going through a filter. plus oxygenating the water a plus for fishtank water...
