I'm not trying to throw her under the fucking bus. We're trying to figure out the best way to handle the situation. She offered to take the blame because I'm pregnant and can't go to jail. I think she's already on probation for possesion, but I'm not sure exactly what it was for.
It was originally out in the guest house that was always locked and no one could search. I moved it because we had relatives staying out there for while so I had to move it. I didn't plan on being gone so long but I ran into some problems and I came back home literally 10 minutes after they were there.

i assume you were not charged. That would be a very tough case to prove...drugs in your sister's room and they charge you for them. Going anywhere with it the prosecution would have to call your mom. PS in these circumstances, if you are clean, you should immediately get a test to prove it. It can help quite a bit for your lawyer to show that you're not using.
