    Hi amoin

I'm guessing you're asking the question of what to eat in order to 'avoid' experiencing the dubious pleasure of a 'whitey'.
Medically, the advice is a bit ambiguous, keeping up the blood sugar levels is supposed to be the key to avoiding 'passing out' if you've overindulged, however, too much food and you'll just end up dulling the effects of your smoke.

Carbohydrates and slow release foods like pasta or a pizza (just don't go mad and end up making yourself sick) are helpful, as prevention is always better than the cure.
Best to keep a sugary drink handy (coke, orange juice etc), as that'll help bring you up if you start to 'go under'.
Have fun, just take it slow
