Intense physical, with full urinalysis and blood - Should I still use dillution?

Hey guys,

I got a great job offer, and they want to do a complete physical as well as the following tests (including a urine drug test):

Blood Chemistry Panel
CBC with Differential
Urinalysis with Micro (UA)

The test is next week, and I'll be clean for 18 days. I've been an occasional smoker for a few years (once a week). I've also been exercising everyday, and will eat lots of fatty foods a few days prior to the test.

I was planning on following the dilution technique, including creatine, aspirin, tums, B-complex, and drinking gatorade. However, I'm concerned that this might be a bad idea with the complete urinalysis that they will also be doing.

Any comments or advice? Should I be worried?

I plan on doing a few home drug tests this weekend to see where I'm at.

Should be good on the blood test. I'd sub with synthetic urine. Going to work for an insurance company?

Yeah, I'm not worried about the blood. I'm more concerned about the urinalysis.

I really think that my 18 days should be enough to be clean with a dilution, so I'd rather not do a sub.

On top of that, they will be looking at my sample literally under a microscope, and I suspect they would be able to tell that it's synthetic urine, no?

If its for an insurance company I would sub. They're just looking for pre-existing conditions that htey won't cover.

It's a highly sensitive industrial/petro-chemical plant position (I'm a chemical engineer).

Also, I did a home drug test last night and I came out clean (below 50ng).
I'll test again using my morning sample in a few days and see if that turns out clean as well.

Since I came out clean last night, I'm not too worried, since the test is not for another 6 days. I probably just drink a couple glasses of water before I give my sample.

Note: I'm going under the assumption that all pre-employment tests are looking for 50ng or higher.

Yeah they are usually 50ng cutoff. If they fall under the fed rules for safety sensitive jobs thats what they'll be.
Sounds like you'll be good.
Drink a couple glasses of gatorade in the morning, pee a few times and then use your midstream piss for the UA.
