i sometimes wonder what folks like the kennedy's (both bobby and john), marilyn monroe, martin luther king, john lennon and the thousands of other victims of high profile killings would say at witnessing the furor and speculation their deaths have created. i'm sure the kennedy brothers would rail against the unfairness of lives that held such importance to so many being snuffed out so soon, while marilyn would probably just smile for the camera and sadly walk away. i don't doubt that dr. king would rise to his pulpit to preach that his death should serve some higher purpose, while john would merely say, "it happened, now get over it and get on with your lives."
