It all depends, if the mids are from a good strain that was mishandled when drying and curing, or sifted for the trichomes, or not grown to its full potential or if it happened to get pollinated by a male with good genetics then the offspring has the potential to turn out good. If everything was done properly but it is just mid-grade (commercial) genetics and it was pollinated by mid-grade genetics then what comes up will be mid-grade genetics
