i had that same problem a few yrs back

i cut all the buds in half then wrapped them each individully in newspaper put them in a tin and waitied a day they dried up pretty well

I tried smoking a few bowls, to see if it affected me, and didn't get hit as hard as the mids i usually smoke hit me... The problem was that it seemed that I got close to no smoke out of it... is there anything I can do to salvage this stuff, and use it to it's best potential? Smoking it surely isn't working....
