600w hortilux bulb has a metal tab broke off! help

I've just now decided to ask if my bulb is ok or if i'm taking a risk. One of the metal tabs at the end of the bulb is broke off and the screw is also free floating in the bulb, got both loose parts to slide down to where the bulb screws in but their still sitting on the glass, right next to the threads. the tiny screw appears to be broken in half, or melted. lol but yea, its still bright and giving me fat healthy lookin buds.

I do have another bulb but its charred so to speak, has a black film on half of it. Definitely looks worn out and age is really unknown.

take ur ass to homedepot and get another, sux but it happens, if you still have reciept and package take it back and get another,just som thoughts
