Question about having a pipe on you
If I get pulled over while driving and i just have a pipe on me that hasnt been smoked out of yet, can i get into trouble? and can i get in trouble just for having a little resin in it, what if it is from tobbaco is there any way they can prove it?

if it hasn't been used then they can't do anything. if it has tobacco resin they can't do anything. if it has weed resin they can get you for paraphernalia. you could try to beat it in court, but why waste your time or money?

Actually if it is clean but is found in the vicinity of marijuana, then in some states it can be considered paraphernalia too.

and they will know what has been smoked in it. and if they think it's worth the effort they can test for thc..if you're legally a minor they could fall back on that since a lot of states don't allow minors to possess smoking tools
