You smoke it mainly with a water pipe and a butane lighter to get the most smoke and the least harshest hits (so it won't kill your throat or your high).

Holding it in for a period of 15-20 seconds is the best amount of time to where you'll get high in less than 2 minutes (a full-out hallucinogenic experience). Sometimes, first-time users don't really get that high, some do. It all depends on your tolerance of drugs and sometimes height and weight come into play too. You will have the wildest experiences of your life on this drug, thought to be the most strongest drug in existance.
