UA in 2 weeks need tips (UA Will be watched)

i failed my last ua And i have 2 weeks to get clean. I smoke alot but have decieded it would be best to quit until my ua is clean. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get ALOT of thc out of my system in 2 weeks?

excercise, stay hydrated and use the dilution method exactly how it is, it saved my ass and i had 1 day clean time

Depending on weight exercise and body type 2 weeks may not be enough. Eat a high fiber diet with metamucil and exercise. Stop exercising a couple days before the UA and then follow the dillution sticky.
