    most popular canadian soil?

ive tried promix and have had poor results, it is peat based and the ph tends to fluctuate with time but thanks for your input i guess i should have listed the soils ive tried so here they are: Shultz, Dutch Treat (the worst EXTREMELY HIGH IN NITROGEN), Promix BX, regular Promix, regular C.I.L potting soil, C.I.L seed starting mix (works but not satisfied with such a peaty soil that messes with ph)

promix has lime in it already, does it not? Another thing is that i wouldn't know how much more to add after the lime wears off. Im tired of dealing with peaty peaty peat mixed with bark and sticks. Im kind of looking for a no BS soil that doesn't require me to do anything more than a good flush and transplanting.

now that i search up sunshine mix it seems to be pretty peaty as well but i guess i will have to try it anyways because it seems impossible to find a low peat soil in canada. i guess what i was kind of looking for was something like the mix that stinkyattic uses which is compost and humus based rather than peat but chances are that i wont find it.

Are you asking me a question you already know the answer too. Your having problems getting ProMix too work properly, Right? I am trying to help you and you ask questions you already know the answers too. Hmmmm... By the way ProMix seems too be working out here in BC just fine. Don't know how much lime too add and and don't want too ask? Your looking for a soil that grows the weed it self, so you don't have to do anything? What you will get is weed that looks like you put no effort in to it and didn't read a thing. If that's what you are going for then your on the right track.
If you have any questions I would be more then happy to help you out.

do ALOT of reading first. i know school sucks, but you can get high in this classroom.

chill out dude, like i said i dont want to have to much ph fluctuation that i wont be able to fix with a flush of ph'd water. im not looking for a soil that you "set it and forget it" because i dont think there is suck a thing. i do have nutes that i use (foxfarm growbig and tigerbloom) which do lower the runoff ph over time but that can be fixed with a FLUSH. Just because i want a soil that isn't peat based means i dont want to put in any effort? just because i dont like the soil you use doesn't mean you have to get all mad about it. I know alot of people like that soil. Besides im not just going off of my own experiences, personally i think i had problems with mine due to lack of perlite but have you read stinkys donkeydick grow log? It seems she doesnt care much for it either. I like to learn off the grow logs of experienced veterans and im sure you do too.

You have to get to know the people who work at the grow shop before they will ever consider sharing that information with you. I know the last owners were setting up a seed bank but in the last year the shop has changed hands. After christmas I may be able to set you up with a clone connection but you're going to have to leave a payment and it will have to be recieved before your clones are left at a drop off for you. Wait for a rep message or pass around more rep to other people and rep me an email I can contact you at...

I use sunshine professional mix......#2 has more peatmoss for more water retention......#4 has more perlite for better drainage.

I have tried many forms of manufactured soil, black gold, schultz, organic mixes

non give me the growth shown using sunshine mix
