hey i got 3 concertas, herd supposed to be like speed, coke i dunno.....but it says alza 36.....im pretty sure its 36 mg since it can only either be 18 or 36.....

but uhhh how do i take these and do i still get no sleep after i do them?

These are extended release, are they capules or tablets?

Damn five minute edit limit...

I usually snort or chew, if you want to snort you have to crush the balls inside the capsule, or if it is a tablet crush that and go over it with a razor well to get it a fine powder.
One will be pretty light, two moderate and all three stronger, methylphenidate isn't a very powerful drug anyways. It makes you feel kinda cracked out, it will be difficult to sleep after you take them and the comedown usually doesn't feel too great.

Yeah dood I am prescribed to those. I took one 36mg today and mixed it with a 54mg concerta. So 90mg in all. My god dood the comedowns r SO bad. Maybe they doubled up and I'll be on it for 24 hours instead of 12. Damnit all I felt freezing today and now I feel overheating. I'm not hungry but I forced myself to eat and drink a little. Never doing it again although I aced my schoolwork for today.

I usually get chills, headaches, anxiety, and loss of appetite to the point where thinking about eating makes me nauseous and over all you just don't feel good when I come down from snorting a couple.
