While a diluted UA does indeed constitute a dirty UA on probation, the reality is that diluted UA's are rather common under such circumstances and it could buy you some time nonetheless. If you have otherwise maintained compliance with the terms and conditions of your probation, revocation on the basis of one diluted sample is unlikely.
