Well first I'll say Im pretty hard headed. I've known for about a month and a half that I needed to stop smoking but never did and here I am... Nov. 25th and I'm finally going to put my foot down and try to stop. I have to been clean within 1-2 weeks tops. I smoked last night.

I'm in a class where I take two piss tests a week, Mon & Thurs. I have to give them 16 clean urines before I can be released from the program. I'm going to start the whole dilution process most likely on Monday because I dont have any money to get the creatine, aspirin, vitamin B, or the Gatorade & other fluids that I need this week.

I'm 5'8 165 pds and have been smoking everyday for the past 8 months. It's been low to mid grade marijuana but I just smoke so much of it. I do seem to have a fast metabolism and I'm very athletic tho so thats an advantage.
I will be keeping you guys notified on how well things go for me and how soon I'm able to be coming up clean.

My next piss test is Thursday Nov. 27th which I doubt I'll put any effort towards passing besides working out and staying hydrated.
