The Ubie looks interesting though - I like the idea of applying heat externally rather than breathing in the exhaust from the lighter. Personally, I'd like to find something a little bigger though: a nice glass bulb type vaporizer (basically an oil-burner type of pipe) to combine with a small tabletop alcohol burner for a heat source. However, it would still be nice to have something that's easily transportable so that I might partake in places where a bulky, electric vaporizer would just be impractical. In my search for something approaching a small, probable vaporizer I happened onto this little item: The Ubie Vaporizer -- The Free Your Lungs ! Has anyone had any experience with the Ubie?
