Just another question...

I've been doing a practice run today. I started timing at 2:15. Between 2:15 and now, 4:00, I have drank nearly 2 Liters of water, a lot more than what is supposed to be required in the dilution sticky to begin voiding clear.

Only problem is, I'm still not pissing every 15-20 minutes, and it's still not clear.

Do I need to worry about over diluting if I have to keep drinking in order to void clear, as long as I follow the other rules for SG and creatinine?
