she is looking bad.
she has been in flower mode since oct 30th. but now
she is in reguler soil.
veged her with the botanicare pure blend pro veg 3-2-4
flowered her with MG bloom.
now I have a few Qs.
Is she even worth keeping and trying to get her buds to finish.
also would it work if I left all the leafs and buds on her and try to keep her
alive till next spring then re pot her into a 15-20 gallon pot of grade A soil.
for a 2009 summer grow?
It would be cool to reveg this one into a big bush of a plant for next year.hydrocannabis Reviewed by hydrocannabis on . she is looking bad. she has been in flower mode since oct 30th. but now she is in reguler soil. veged her with the botanicare pure blend pro veg 3-2-4 flowered her with MG bloom. now I have a few Qs. By the looks of it man,I dont think she`d make it to next spring. Probably worth trying to see it thru flower and cut ya losses,She looks distressed enough without trying to put her back into vegative, but that is just my opinion, hope it works out for you.RM

Hey Hydro, how's it hangin'...? Nice to see ya in soil.
Looks to me like too much nitrogen. It can make the leaves deep dark green, burns the edges, and fights against the plants desire to flower. Some use it late in flower to 'green' the ladies up. Any chance of going with a more cannabis-friendly nute next time, or possibly cutting the MG Bloom dosages in half? Are you using a separate bud enhancer too? (Sweet, molasses...) How about micronutes?
If she isn't showing stress-nanners yet, a proper re-veg would be fine. Trying to keep her in prepeptual flower will over-ripen her. When they get over-ripe, they could start to throw-off some nanners, but then they die.
I'd go with a re-veg after harvest, if possible, and make a "big bush of a plant for next year". You could take clones from her regularly, to keep ya going thru the winter. There's two examples of re-vegging in my sig, if interested.
The problem with growing big plants, is how to keep the lights within usable range. (harvesting clones from her can help keep her size in check) For example...2 CFL bulbs may be fine for vegging a 1 foot plant, but do you have a plan as to how you would light a 4 foot plant?

Overfert using MG nutes and not nearly enough soil lightener to let you flush on a regular schedule. Probable drop in soil pH related to residence time in pot and poor quality bloom fert. Possible overwatering.
