whole body numbness

I smoked some weed last Saturday, it's now Friday so about a week, and it was probably my 5th or 6th time smoking and I've never had a problem until then. Well this time after smoking for a bit(it was some pretty strong but not laced, I'm 100% sure) I had a pretty big panic attack and my whole body went numb and it's been like that since then. Not so numb that I can't feel ANYTHING but I have to pinch or punch pretty hard to feel.

Does anyone know if this will go away eventually? because if I could avoid the doctor that would be awesome.
