no, don't unplug your pump, just cut back the nutrients in the solution ... if raising the lamp higher can cut the light intensity enough, you're fine ... if not, you may want to temporarily stick a smaller lamp in there (we're only talking about 4-5 days, anyway, by then, rooting should be established) ... :smokin:
