I've heard that if you have plants(even six) in San Diego County they still bust you and you have to go to court and prove your legal.

if they could report you just for ordering a grow light they wouldn't sell them in the first place...indoor gardening...

to put it into perspective...A headshop sells pipes, etc because they're legal 'tobacco and herb pipes and such' legal until you smoke pot out of them..well, same idea with grow equipment..
