Grow light box opened by UPS-Am I in trouble?

Been setting up a six plant indoor (Medical Marihuana legal) growroom in San Diego county(not city) and getting a lot of grow equipment delivered to my residence where I'm planning on growing.(Two 1000w lights, couple of fans, climate control) etc.
Yesterday UPS delivered a box that had been damaged (They ship in two boxes and the outer box had been damaged so they sent the inner box to me.You could plainly see two big pictures of grow lights on the side of the box.
Do you think UPS will report me?
I've heard that if you have plants(even six) in San Diego County they still bust you and you have to go to court and prove your legal.
    Any input?

Why would they report you? Buying lights and fans are legal. Stop being so paranoid. You know how many people buy hat stuff in a day not to mention they have no idea what you are using it for.

I dont know about ups but the cable company will report you to their supervisor . A friend and I were smoking weed and the cable guy came to install our service.

Something about having the weed smell on their clothes and going to the next job smelling like weed could get them fired, thtas why they report us to thier boss:wtf:

IF they do come after you...IF you are legal you shouldn't have anything to worry about. If you aren't legal...you shouldn't be shipping equipment to the grow address.

    hope it comes off clean.

That's how it goes down, apparently. But you really don't have anything to worry about, if they bust you, you can easily prove your innocence. But the other downfall is if they damage your property, in which case, you should raise hell.

Man,doesn't it suck to have to live with paranoia and play stupid games to do something that should be legal in the first place...

Aren't there privacy laws when it comes to post? I thought they couldn't report what was inside any packages unless it posed a significant threat (say a bomb) to the public.

By the way, marihuana is how it's spelled in Spanish, at least in Mexican Spanish.

thats only the united states postal service. (goverment and thus public owned)

fed-ex, ups, dhl, are private companies and can do what they want. (I'm sure they have terms and conditions though.)
