I really thought this was illegal and had nothing to worry about in this state! silly me. Furthermore, how are medical records in the dmv in the first place. this blows me away that it even is possible to happen! I dont get it. Is there some piece of this story we are missing. Why would the dmv just not renew this one lady. Did she have a MMJ related DUI. It just doesnt add up. I know people with more than one alcohol related DUI that still can drive.
