i'll bet fifty to one that your issue is coming from those "clay balls" normally called hydroton for hydro growers
They MUST be presoaked.....usually for several days to lower ph as normally their ph is in the sevens.
Get the hydroton out I'm sure that's what's causing your problem and it WILL continue until they are gone.
