Conversion buld for Hps
i got a post back on the light system on whats the best light when it comes to hortiux or the hid light. Is the conversion bulb for the hps system is it for the vegitaion or the flowering stage,or can you get both? The answer i got on my thread was that hortiux wasn't good for both vegitaion & flowering. So i thought i might beable to save a few bux on buying the conversion bulbs since my system hasnt been used that much!Thx for any info on this mater.

Conversion buld for Hps
conversion bulbs don't produce both spectrum's of light.i use the hortilux for veg because i run 600 watt hps and don't want to buy another ballast and bulb. these bulbs are for using your current system with out having to switch your ballast. so if you have a hps system bulb with a red spectrum you want to purchase the 600 hps conversion, or vise versa. when its time to switch to flowering you need to take out the bulb and run your hps system with the bulb it came with.
