My new grow room - help needed!!!

Moving house soon and now re-assesing grow room plan.

I am going to buy a cupboard which has dimensions as follows.

Height - 6.2 feet
Width - 2.6 feet
Depth - 1.4 feet

I want a basic hydro set-up that is noise and smell free (as much as is possible)

Was gonna get a four plant hydro kit and a 250 mh/hps switchable light (use mh for veg and hps for flower. Also guess I need a fan

I wanna keep it as covert and low cost as possible.

Can some wise sage tell me exactly what I need????

Been there done that, I used with much success a 150 watt set up it worked like a charm you could go 250 watt but watch the heat its always a problem and make sure you check the reflector size and ballast setup its a bitch when you spend money and it's a pain to work with. you will need a air circulation setup 24 cfm will move the air once a minute through your setup. Start right and you will be rewarded.
