I see you use hemp cord or string to tie your plants back. It has been a long standard practice in gardening to use no organic materials when tying or supporting any type of plant. Nylon stockings, plastic insulated wire or bare metal wire, for tying the branches rather than using cotton or sissal or hemp. For stakes I'd use metal or plastic pipe, trellis or other supports over wood. The organic materials can support harmful bacterias, virus, bugs etc. much better than plastics, metals and such materials. For example, Grandma used to cut nylon stockings into strips to tie plants.
