Cannabinoids and Cannabis!

Anyone have any links for research on our brain endo cannabinoids systems , also ones that have research on marijuana's cannabinoids and how they effect and help ours.

It is very interesting stuff, some of it hard to understand. My son has seizures, my wife manic depression, me just stress and really hard for me to sleep, and grandfather has Alzheimers. It is just interesting to read how it effects and why it helps these diseases or problems.

I don't have any good links but I also need them very much. My brother has epilepsy diagnosed as tonic/clonic seizures(grand mal). He just had two yesterday, putting him in the hospital. He was smoking weed to cure his seizures for 3 months with only two big seizures which i contribute to not being able to get sativa, and smoking indica. He just switched his medication from kepra which was causing him to be extremely angry all the time, to topamax, which was given at a very small dosage because of the side effects. I seriously fucking hate the medicin my brother has had to take(over 10 different kinds) and I would do anything to help him find an alternative. Good luck finding info and research, and please post it in here as I would like to read it too.

Have you taken a peek at the link in my sig? Lots of cannabis studies to look at, including ones on the conditions you mention. Not too much on endocannabinoids, but there are a few on anandamide, etc. scattered here and there.
