Seriously, medical marijuana reform is finally picking up steam in the United States and the site owner decided that canncom would be safest and most useful to its users if the medical aspect were emphasized and non-medical aspects de-emphasized.

Unless by 'normal toking' you mean all those threads that were titled, "ZOMG I'M SOOOOOO HIGH RIGHT NOW!!!!1!!1!"... in which case, it was because those threads were stupid.

Moving to feedback where it belongs, and locking.
