What is absolutelly best ever right now?
Screw this!!!
I finally gave up at 5.30 am and stod up, dressed, let the cats in and put the bong on the table in my living room. The night had been a bad one with no sleep.
I went into my walk in closet and looked at the shelf seeing 12 small plastic boxes, the type used to freeze berries in or maybe bring a few sandwiches to work in. They were all marked with number 1-5 and I choosed number 3 for the occasion. I went with one of the number 3 boxes to my livingroom and opened it. I have my handheld microscope always handy and after picking the bud it was quickly checked as I always do. The number 1-5 on the boxes are plant numbers from my last seed grow of White Widow and I am still testing them all for difference in quality to better decide what plant's clones would be best to use for future grows.
Number 3 yeilded very well and had dense buds and decent trichonome count which on a white widow means a damn lot. It however was a fairly hard plant to keep happy while growing.
The trichs were about half clear, 20-30 cloudy and the rest ambre so I could expect a quite activating high according to experience and that was also what I wanted when I harvested.
The bud got grinded and the lovelly smell almost made me change my mind.
"I can't just combust all this lovelly weed that smells so damn nice." I thought.
I chuckled a bit and natrually filled the bong.
Now, one thing with bongs for me is the sound of them. I just love that sound and rarelly smoke in any other way at home. Not only because of that of course I also like the somewhat cooled smoke it produces. The taste is really nice but the sound is a major part.
A few minutes later the first bowl was done and I thought about it a bit and then decided to go quite hard this time. I don't smoke every day and usually not very hard but hey, sometimes I do.
So I started to work myself through the second one already quite buzzed and a few minutes later I was ripping a battery out of the remote for my Kiss network media player as a replacement for the spent one currently occupying the battery compartment of my MP3 player. I was now high, there is no way around it.
After that I put on a baseball cap and went out into the street light lit southern suburb of Stockholm in which I live to the sound of Janis Joplin.
I walked towards a large wooded area between my suburb and the next. The walking was done deliberatly slow on the dark, be it streetligh lit, strolling paths in the forest now and then stopping to investigate something that cought my eye. All the time I sang to whatever song played in my ears occasionally checking around so noone was around.
There was noone around. Sure I live in Stockholm but the recreational paths in the forrest is not that dense with traffic at 6am a tuesday morning. I did meet one guy though. You will get the story about him later but lets start with saying that
walking through that forest with Janis Joplin fading out and Prince starting Cream up is the absolutelly best any living being at any point in time can ever experience.
I will say something else another time but at this moment I am sure of it. No matter what sound in the music I listened to I could follow is clear as day by watching it's color. I don't hallucinate or anything like that I just call it the color as whatever sound you listen to after smoking a bit gets so clear and sticks out so much. As a side path concerning this I warmly recommend a song named Freestyler by Boomfunk for this. Just listen to the, yeah you will know when you hear it. There is an instrument that really shines clearly as a laser in that song.
Now back to the guy I met.
Through the woods towards me I saw a guy on a bicycle coming. He, as me, had a baseball cap on his head and was pedaling slowly watcing the ground no further than 1m in front of him. He had plug-ins in his ears I saw and as he got closer I could hear him sing as I had my hands inside my jacket to change song so nothing was playing at the time. Since his cap was covering his whole face as he almost looked straight down I watched him curiously. As he came closer I saw it was a guy maybe 18-20 years old in a thick winter coat with the red round mark signaling it was made in Canada as all living in the sometimes cold part of the world knows. I could not hear what he was singing since he didn't put a lot of force behind it but just as he passed I heard:
"...She was gonna shake her ass on the hood of Whitesnakes car..." .
I learn lyrics after hearing a song two times more or less and I never forget them again.
He was singing and listening to a song called 1985 by a group called Bowling for Soup and I smiled. We had a moment that you can share with none other than a guy nicelly smoked and in the same zone as you. He raised his head a bit as he saw my feet and we looked at eachother for not more than a second before we had passed eachother. As we looked into eachothers pink eyes we both smiled and nodded ever so slightly. As he disappeared out of my life I felt this sensational level of happiness, I thought I was gonna explode.
Coming out of the forest I choosed a way that took me through a few three story appartment blocks built in squares surrounding open areas with a small play ground for kids and some grass. These blocks covered the major part of the last kilometre to my home. I often stopped and from the shade watched people getting prepared for the day ahead. One guy read the paper while eating breakfast, in another window a mother was sitting at the table feeding a small baby with a spoon of some brown-greyish paste. Normal things in average Joe's lives but it still made me glad to know that the world right here at this moment was just as it should be.
I felt joy over the fact that I was there right then watching the world around me. Everything from a strangelly looking tree in the forest to a guy taking his morning smoke under the stove fan in his kitchen.
As I unlocked the door to my appartment and went in seeing the fog from my breaths disappear as I again entered an enviroment with above zero degrees temperature. I fed the cats and sat down starting to write:
"Screw this!!!

I kinda suspect that this post will be quite long (ended up making it in two parts) so lets start with saying that I am Swede and not english speaking normally and I am completelly blitzed out of my skull right now on top of that so don't jump me for the occasional torture of the english language. Anyway, what I started this post for is to get to hear what you think AT AN EXACT MOMENT IN TIME think is the most marvelous thing in the world. It can be everything from: "This Rating: 5
